In consistency with our store policy, merchandise will be accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 10 days of purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt. Merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase will be eligible for store credit. Merchandise that was given as a gift is only returnable for a refund by the purchaser of the gift. Recipients are only eligible for merchandise credit or exchange. Special order, custom designed, and engraved items are not refundable. Merchandise can only be returned at Singer’s Jewelers’ brick-and-mortar location at 1704 Western Avenue in Guilderland.

If you purchase a piece of jewelry online at www.singersjewelers.com, you can have it shipped to you or you can pick it up at the store. There will be a shipping charge applied to items that are sent to you.

Throughout our website, you will note that there are many photographs of jewelry available at Singer’s Jewelers and online at www.singersjewelers.com. Some photographs have been enlarged to show the detail of the specific piece. Photographs are not pure representations of the pieces. Prices may vary according to availability and gemstone weight of the piece. Singer’s Jewelers reserves the right to alter the price of any item at any time.
