Singer’s Jewelers' Repair Policy

Singer's Jewelers has long been renowned for the care, quality and craftsmanship of our repairs.  We have an on-site jeweler who handles the majority of our repairs.  If you have any questions about the following repair policy, click here to email us or call 464-4748.

* Please allow a minimum of 10 days - 2 weeks for your jewelry repair.  Special orders or very detailed work may take longer.  We will always let you know when you can expect your jewelry, and we will call you upon completion of the work.

* All jewelry repairs, without exception, require a non-refundable 50% deposit in order for work to be completed.  

* All watch repairs, without exception, require a minimum $20 deposit.

* All repairs left at Singer's Jewelers for 90 days after the date of completion will be subject to legal disposition for the outstanding balance of the repair.
